My work is grounded in the belief that people thrive when they feel understood, valued and safe to be themselves.

I help organisations move beyond compliance and into genuine inclusion to create cultures where neurodivergent employees feel psychologically safe, can contribute fully and remain engaged.

In my clinical work, I support parents, children, families and neurodivergent adults through therapy and coaching.  I have a specialist interest in neurodivergent and multi-heritage identity and experience and am passionate about co-producing effective services with, not for, those who use them.

Approach

Whether working with an individual, family or organisation, my aim is to create a space where people feel heard, understood and able to contribute without judgement. My work is collaborative, values-driven and strengths-based, recognising that lasting change develops through relationships built on trust.

Expertise

Drawing on clinical expertise across adult, perinatal, parent, child and adolescent mental health, alongside developmental and cognitive assessment, neurodivergence and consulting, I support businesses leaders and managers to understand complexity, strengthen relationships and build on existing strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.

Alongside my professional experience, I am also the parent of primary and secondary school-aged children, giving an appreciation of the everyday realities of family and working life.
